To start with, the cover of the Budgie ep, is awesome. Kinda old-style, kinda cult, kinda heavy, kinda rock and kinda stoned. Engine's music is varied in a rock but pretty heavy way. All their personal influences can be found here. Heavy riffing, psychedelic points, some grunge filings, pure dirty rock, one or two jazzy breakings and even a few bluesy tempos. Not so late 60's or early 70's as other bands, but 00's enough! That's their point! Got it? They got a great advantage: George Leitmer - vocals, guitar - has a non-greek pronounciation, if you can understand what I mean. Great musicians - all of them - especially Panos Tomaras on bass guitar. The right rhythm is given by Costas Petrou behind the drum-kit. Songs titles: Budgie, Fading Away, Madman's Tale, One More Day, Truth. Personally, I count them as the greatest Greek band of heavy rock.
